With over 10 years of experience, I have guided thousands of people toward sustainable weight loss and healthier living by integrating nutrition science, biochemistry, yoga, and mindset coaching into one powerful, practical system.

I strongly believe that weight gain is not merely a result of overeating—it is deeply connected to biochemical imbalances, such as insulin resistance, unstable blood sugar levels, elevated stress hormones like cortisol, and emotional patterns that drive unconscious eating.
